A consultation comes prior to service. Hair is washed, Locs are started, important maintenance information and natural hair care guidance is also provided.

Cancellation Policy

Double-check your selected appointment date and time to be sure it is correct and avoid the cancellation fee *NO call, NO show=1/2 service(s) requested *15 minutes + late =$1 added to service total per minute late *Failure to reschedule 24 hrs prior to appointment =half of service requested
